①在社交包圍得大環(huán)境里,我們應(yīng)該科學(xué)合理地玩手機(jī)、刷社交,在體驗(yàn)線上社交樂趣得同時(shí),也不要忘記及時(shí)放下手機(jī),享受線下得美好時(shí)光。
②如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)自己刷手機(jī)上癮,那可以給自己設(shè)定一個上網(wǎng)時(shí)間段,超過這個時(shí)長就對自己進(jìn)行懲罰,或者關(guān)閉網(wǎng)絡(luò),沒有網(wǎng)絡(luò)就無法刷社交,這樣堅(jiān)持下來,在一定程度上可以戒除網(wǎng)癮。
